Message from the Chair
The Country SA PHN (CSAPHN) Board held its most recent Board meeting in Loxton on Wednesday 15 November 2017 and took the opportunity to have a look around the Berri Emergency Department and the Loxton Health Centre.
The Board aims to visit regional areas for most of our face-to-face meetings to gain on-the-ground insights to local issues.

We followed the Board meeting with the Annual General Meeting via teleconference. This is always a great opportunity to reflect on the year's achievements while looking forward to the coming challenges. Country SA PHN's 2016-2017 Annual Report is available on our website and it is worth a read with great summaries of region by region health issues.

Diving for Body Mind and Spirit
From an innocent conversation with the president of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) at Morphett Vale, the concept of diving for health benefits in veterans addressing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) led to a project supported by Country SA PHN during Verterans Week held from Saturday 21 October to Sunday 29 October 2017. Primary Health Procurement Activity

Have you checked your details on TenderLink recently?

Country SA PHN (CSAPHN) exists to bridge the gap of health inequity and access in rural South Australia by building a collaborative and responsive health care system. We do this by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical service delivery while improving the coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time.

CSAPHN has moved towards a commissioning model of operation. As part of our commissioning process we advertise Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) using TenderLink, an online e-Procurement system. Organisations who wish to apply for CSAPHN tenders, and receive tender notifications must register on the e-Procurement system. To register as a potential supplier visit

Organisations already registered via TenderLink are reminded to regularly check and update their contact details with TenderLink, to ensure timely receipt of notifications. Please contact TenderLink on 1800 233 533 for all registration queries and support.
